There are a number of organisations that assist us, and that might be of assistance to you as well:

• Rockhampton Regional Council host us at Schotia Place, and have services available including CQ Home Assist. They have also provided grant funding to support our lunches.

• Rockhampton Fitzroy River Lions assist us during the lunch. If you want to know more, talk to them during the lunch, or go to their website.

• Fitness classes are by Kaz from fitness on the ball

• Queensland Seniors Month

• Volunteers are required to complete the food handler training course on the Council's website.
